Admissions to start School in September 2022 to August 2023
If you wish for your child to join St Wilfrid's in Reception or Years 1 to 6 during the this Academic Year then please complete and return the Supplementary Information Form ( available here). Forms should be returned to St Wilfrid's School Office.
Please also contact the North Yorkshire County Council Admissions Department to advise them that you are applying for our school. More information is available at www.northyorks.gov.uk/school-admissions.
Should you be unsuccessful in obtaining a place the appeals information is listed within the admissions policy.
Admissions to start Main School from September 2023
If you wish for your child to join St Wilfrid's in Year Reception starting in September 2023 then this will be handled directly by North Yorkshire County Council Admissions Department. You can find more information at www.northyorks.gov.uk/school-admissions. Applications should be received between 12 October 2022 and 15 January 2023.
In addition to the Local Authority procedure you will also need to complete a supplementary form for this school which is available here.
The national offer date is Monday 17 April 2023.

You have a statutory right to appeal to an independent Admission Appeal Panel against a decision by the governors.
